The Nashville Predators Foundation and SmileDirectClub teamed up recently to award Monroe Harding a SuperGrant which supports our Youth Connections Resource Center and its innovative career development and employment engagement program, Works Wonders. Nearly 60 young adults are enrolled in the program and the generosity of the Predators Foundation and SmileDirectClub with help underwrite these young people’s soft skills training, one-on-one job coaching, and experiential learning opportunities including informational interviews, job shadowing, and paid internships. It is very exciting and gratifying to know that two outstanding, community-minded organizations such as The Predators Foundation and SmileDirectClub recognize the importance of our Works Wonders programs.

Saturday, April 10 was Monroe Harding SuperGrant Night at the Preds. The Nashville Predators kindly hosted some of our young adults participating in the Works Wonders program for their first live professional hockey game! In addition to recognizing Monroe Harding live during the game, the Predators Foundation and SmileDirectClub also recognized Monroe Harding through their social media channels, a five-day billboard campaign in Nashville, and articles and postings on the Preds website.
