Pamela Madison

CEO

Pamela has a passion for serving youth and families, devoting more than 17 years working with nonprofits including United Way of Rutherford County and Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee. She has served as YC Director since 2008. Pamela believes that every young person, no matter their background, deserves to have caring adults in their lives to provide support, guidance and opportunities that will give them the tools they need to become successful. Pamela has her Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Rhonda Allen

Vice President of Foster Care & Clinical Services
Rhonda is a native of Nashville and received her Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Tennessee State University. She has worked in the non-profit sector with children and families in multiple capacities for more than 27 years, the last 10 with Monroe Harding. She has served on the Davidson County Foster Care Review Board for 22 years, and is an educational surrogate parent for Metro Nashville Public School System. She is a member
of Rural Hill Church of Christ and works to support her community. Her passion has always been giving support and guidance to families and youth.

Deidre Matthews

Vice President of Finance & Administration
Deidre came to Monroe Harding with an extensive background in budget management, staff training and operations as a General and Regional Manager in the restaurant world. Deidre has leadership and management responsibilities for all of Monroe Harding’s financial functions, including budget creation and implementation, coordinating government contracts for services, and preparing federal financial reports. She likes the new challenges that each day presents and finding innovative and meaningful ways to connect our people, resources and programs so we can be even more productive and financially sound.

Quatrece McKinney

Sr. Director of Housing & Young Adult Re-Engagement

Quatrece has worked with teens in care since 1992 in Iowa, Georgia, California and Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Iowa and completed her graduate work at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. Quatrece says that working with the older teen transitioning to adulthood has been very rewarding and a positive challenge.

Evelyn Tidman

Sr. Director of Talent Management & Compliance

Evelyn has over 10 years of human resource management experience in the non-profit field working in the areas of compensation, benefits administration, recruitment and retention, compliance, staff training and development, performance management, and developing policies and procedures.  Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Chaney Cruze

Senior Director of Youth Adult Engagement and Opportunities

 

In 2012, Chaney joined Monroe Harding and built a successful education program based on the belief that if a student doesn’t learn the way we teach, we should teach the way they learn.
Chaney is a licensed educator with 20+ years of teaching experience covering grades 6 through 12, college, and Adult Education. Previous positions include teaching and consulting with the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and teaching English Literature at Tennessee State University. Chaney is inspired by her students daily.
