Qualifications to become a licensed foster home through Monroe Harding
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Can be either single or married
- Must either rent or own a home with enough space for additional children
- Financially stable and can support additional children in the home
- Lease or own a vehicle that is in good working condition
- Ability to pass background checks
- Tolerant of different racial, ethnic, religious, educational, and cultural backgrounds
