Monroe Harding’s outstanding Board of Directors just got better!

We are excited to announce the addition of four new members to our board this month, each of whom brings incredible leadership to our organization and passion for our mission:

Robert “Bob” Parker: Bob is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and practiced for nearly 50 years, currently with the firm of Parker, Lawrence, Cantrell and Smith. Bob served his county in the Marine Corps, served the state as Commissioner of the Tennessee Law Revision Commission, and held numerous volunteer leadership positions with nonprofit organizations such as the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, Family & Children’s Services, and the American Cancer Society. Bob is an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Lori VanderBoegh: Lori is a Principal with DVB Executive Solutions with over 20 years of experience in executive search and human capital consulting. Lori founded a Midwestern recruiting firm in 2000. After building and selling her firm, Lori joined an international strategic consulting firm in their Financial Services Practice Group as a Senior Business Developer. Recruited to Nashville in 2007, Lori expanded her multi-industry expertise to include healthcare. Lori received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Kentucky where she concentrated in Marketing. Prior to joining the board, Lori served as a volunteer for Monroe Harding and is passionate in her support of the needs of foster children and youth transitioning out of foster care.

Kanishka Biddanda: Kanishka is a serial entrepreneur, marketing expert and creative director building best-in-class companies. Among his many accomplishments, he co-founded an advertising agency which developed and led strategic marketing & communication campaigns for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He also successfully led one of his restaurants to achieve a national award from ABC’s “Live! with Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa” Morning Show. Kanishka now consults full-time for a diverse set of companies in areas of strategy, growth, fundraising, and marketing. His heart lies in championing children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. He volunteers at a number of youth-focused organizations, including Buena Vista Elementary School, CASA, Junior Achievement, and much more.

Legina Chaudoin: Legina is a Partner with O’Neil Hagaman, LLC and been with the firm for over 25 years. Working directly with the artists, she oversees all business management needs. Her clients include some of Nashville’s top recording artists who have, collectively, won eleven CMA awards, fifteen ACM awards, six Grammys and many other notable awards. She was honored by the Nashville Business Journal at the 2015 Women in Music City Awards and named as Top Business Manager by Billboard in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Legina also serves on the board of Porter’s Call. Legina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
