Kyree, a young adult in our housing program who grew up in foster care, has been working two jobs to save up for a car an effort that has made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Seeing his dedication, our housing staff nominated him for a special opportunity, and he was awarded a free refurbished vehicle thanks to the generosity of NABC, Allstate, Crash Champions, and Enterprise.
This incredible gift will support Kyree in pursuing greater career opportunities, including his long-term goal of becoming a physical therapist. On top of that, Kyree is now in the process of moving into his very own apartment, marking a major milestone in his journey toward independence.
