Make the Holidays Brighter for a Young Person

For many young people we serve, the holidays can be one of the loneliest times of the year. Calling All Elves is Monroe Harding’s annual holiday program. Each year, neighbors across Middle Tennessee step up so every young person we serve knows they are seen, valued, and worth celebrating. Last year, 110 Elves brought joy to 120 foster youth and young adults who have aged out of foster care. This year, we need you. Individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community groups can all become Holiday Elves.

‍Registration opens October 5th and closes November 13th.

How It Works

1. Sign up. Register to sponsor one young person, or several if your group is up for it.
‍2. Get a wish list. We’ll send you a personalized list with their first name, age, and what they’re hoping for this year.
-Wish lists start going out October 14^th . If you register after October 14^th, you'll receive your list within 72 hours.
‍3. Shop. To keep things fair for every young person, we ask that gifts total no more than $150.
‍4. Drop off. Bring your gifts to Monroe Harding at 1 Vantage Way, Suite C-165, Nashville, TN 37228 on Monday, November 9^th through December 1^st between 10 AM – 4:30 PM.

Important Dates

October 5, 2026: Elf registration opens
October 14, 2026: First wish lists sent to Elves. Lists go out 72 Hours after that.
Monday, November 9^ththrough December 1^st between 10 AM – 4:30 PM : Gift drop-off at Monroe Harding, 1 Vantage Way, Suite C-165, Nashville, TN 37228
November 13, 2026: Last day to register as an Elf
