Opportunity Passport™

At Monroe Harding, we believe financial independence is vital to establishing a stable future. Opportunity Passport™ is MonroeHarding’s signature financial literacy and matched-savings program for current and former foster youth ages 16–26, designed to help you build smart money habits, gain real-world banking experience, and save for the things that truly matter.

Program Components

Opportunity Passport™ includes three core elements:

Financial Education

Learn practical money management skills, including budgeting, saving, and responsible banking.

Matched Savings Account

Save for approved assets with a dedicated account.

Matched Funds

Receive up to $3,000 in dollar-for-dollar matched savings toward a major asset purchase (lifetime maximum).
